My approach blends 15 years’ experience in education with specialist training in emotional regulation, anxiety support and behaviour change - offering schools a grounded, evidence-informed way to support wellbeing safely and effectively.

Who I Support

I work in partnership with primary and secondary schools, post-16 providers and Multi-Academy Trusts to provide practical, regulation-focused wellbeing support for:

Staff
Supporting teachers and school staff with stress, burnout, emotional regulation, confidence and overall wellbeing.

Students
Helping pupils manage anxiety, exam pressure, emotional overwhelm, confidence challenges and school-based stress.

School Leadership & Pastoral Teams
Working collaboratively with leaders and pastoral staff to strengthen wellbeing provision in ways that complement safeguarding, SEND and existing pastoral systems.

All work is tailored to the individual school context and delivered with sensitivity, professionalism and care.
